Please book this option for all new acupuncture clients, or if you are seeing me for a brand new concern.  This appointment includes both an assessment and a treatment. Treatment may include acupuncture needles, electroacupuncture, ear seeds, tui na, gua sha or cupping depending on the condition being treated.

Book this visit if you have already had an assessment for the condition/concern being treated.

A 30-minute treatment is acupuncture only (1 set of needles).

A 45-minute or 60-minute treatment includes acupuncture, along with one of the following: motor point release, electroacupuncture, ear seeds, tui na, gua sha, cupping, or a second set of needles, depending on the condition being treated.

This is an acupuncture treatment done seated in a recliner in a large communal room. Points selected will be in the forearms, lower legs and head. Please wear a short-sleeved top and loose pants that can be rolled up to your knee.  

Please note: booking system states 20 minute appointment, which covers a brief consultation and getting needles. You may then relax for 20-40 minutes with the needles in. Please allow for that additional time when planning your session.

community-style acupuncture

Can be relaxation or therapeutic. Blend of techniques from Swedish, Tui Na, Shiatsu and Thai. Each appointment will begin with a short assessment to determine what the focus of the massage is and what style is best.

Massage therapy

A specialized foot and lower leg massage that stimulates the reflex zones & acupoints of the foot for overall health.
